Hawaiian Airlines is set to make traveling from Salt Lake City to Honolulu more convenient with the introduction of a new non-stop flight scheduled to commence on May 15, 2024. The airline plans to offer daily flights on a 189-seat Airbus A321neo aircraft for this new route, enhancing the connectivity between Utah and Hawaii.
Expressing enthusiasm about the upcoming service, Peter Ingram, President and CEO of Hawaiian Airlines, highlighted the anticipated excitement among travelers in both Utah and Hawaii due to their shared ties in tourism, education, and Pacific Island communities. The airline aims to strengthen these relationships with the launch of the new route in the summer of 2024.

The flight from Honolulu to Salt Lake City is scheduled to depart at 6:50 p.m. daily, reaching its destination at 5:15 a.m. the following day. The return journey from Salt Lake City will take off at 7 a.m. and land in Hawaii at 9:55 a.m.
In addition to the Salt Lake City route, Hawaiian Airlines has plans to enhance its service from Sacramento. On May 24, the airline will launch four new weekly flights from Sacramento to Lihu’e on the island of Kauai. Furthermore, three new weekly flights to Kona are set to begin on May 25, providing more travel options for passengers from the California city.
