The grand inauguration of Thailand’s largest Chinese New Year 2024 celebration unfolded in the lively Chinatown of Bangkok along Yaowarat Road, setting the stage for a month-long extravaganza filled with cultural performances and festive activities. The vibrant festivities are not confined to the capital; they are spreading across five distinct locations throughout the country, all under the auspices of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
Commemorating 49 years of enduring friendship between Thailand and China, the Chinese New Year 2024 Festival was inaugurated by H.E. Ms. Sudawan Wangsuphakijkosol, Thailand’s Minister of Tourism and Sports, and Mr. Wu Zhiwu, Minister at the Embassy of The People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand.
