These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Tour Passion (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or making a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Tour Passion operates as a Destination Management Company (DMC) providing chauffeur services, airport transfers, intercity transport, group logistics, MICE services, and tailor-made travel solutions across Europe for both B2B clients and direct clients.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Definitions
Client: Any individual or entity booking services with Tour Passion
Services: Transportation, chauffeur services, airport transfers, and full DMC services

Booking: A confirmed service request accepted in writing by Tour Passion

Scope of Services
Tour Passion provides pan-European destination management services, including:
Chauffeur-driven transport
Airport transfers
Intercity travel and group transportation
Hotel bookings
Professional guides and tours
Event and MICE logistics

Certain services may be delivered directly or through trusted third-party partners.
Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be submitted via email, website, or authorized channels.

A booking is confirmed only after:
Written confirmation from Tour Passion
Receipt of the required deposit
Quotations are subject to availability and validity timelines.

Tour Passion reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Balance Payment:
Remaining 70% must be paid:
45 days before service (Low Season)
30 days before service (High Season)
Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of the booking and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Payment Methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card (+3% fee)
Wise / International Transfer

Pay on Arrival:
Not permitted. All services are prepaid.
Cancellation Policy

General Conditions:
All cancellations must be submitted via email.
30% deposit is non-refundable.
No-show = 100% charge.

Cancellation Charges:
More than 30 days before service → 30% charge
30 to 20 days before service → 50% charge
Less than 20 days / No-show → 100% charge
Cancellation charges apply on total booking value.
Certain services may have stricter policies.
Waiting Time Policy

Airport pickups: 45 minutes free waiting time after landing.

City pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time.
After this: additional charges or no-show may apply.
Luggage Policy
1 suitcase + 1 handbag per passenger.
Extra luggage subject to Vehicle capacity

All changes must be requested in writing.
Subject to availability.

Third-Party Services
Services may be provided directly or via third parties.

Tour Passion is not liable for third-party disruptions, except where required by law.

Liability
Liability is limited to total amount paid.
Not liable for:
Delays
External factors
Missed services
Third-party failures
Force Majeure
Not liable for events beyond control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Refunds depend on supplier policies.

Conduct
Clients must be on time and provide accurate details.
Tour Passion may replace services or refuse service in case of unsafe behavior.

Refund Policy
Refunds processed within 14 days (if applicable).
Refunds only after supplier refunds (if applicable).

Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Complaints
Must be reported:
During service OR
Within 14 days
Intellectual Property
All content belongs to Tour Passion.

Unauthorized use prohibited.
Data Protection

Data handled per GDPR and Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
Laws of France apply.
