Please note:
- As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room. Extra Bed in Europe comes as a mattress on the floor or Sofa bed. Hence they are not so comfortable.
- Child above 4 years must have extra bed as per the EU.
- All rooms given will be Basic room category.
- Check in for hotels 1500 Hrs& Check Out time: 1100 Hrs
- Breakfast will be provided as per Hotel Policy or arrangement.
- All hotels do not have tea / Coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to hotel and city to city.
- Please inform the clients that City Tax per person per day depending on the hotel category needs to be paid in hotels in Europe. The client will have to pay this amount directly to the hotel

- 70% has to be paid 45 days before the departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Registration/Booking Amount (30% of package cost ) is Non- Refundable
- Between 30 – 45 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 30 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 100% of the total package cost
